Rules and Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the services offered by Cadtree Limited (2031), a Guernsey-registered company incorporated under the laws of Gibraltar, with a registered address at La Corvee House, La Corvee, Alderney GY9 3TQ, Guernsey (the “Casino”).
Cadtree Limited is licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operates in accordance with the Gaming Control Act, 1992 and all applicable AGCO policies and standards. The Casino also operates under a regulated agreement with iGaming Ontario (iGO) to provide licensed internet gaming services to players located in Ontario.
For the purposes of this Agreement, "you", "your", or "user" refers to any person who accesses or interacts with the Services via the Casino Websites. References to "we", "us", or "our" include the Casino and its affiliated entities, including technology and marketing partner Launchify Digital (launchifydigital.com), as well as all associated officers, contractors, and personnel.
This Agreement supersedes any prior terms, notices, or rules that may have previously appeared on the Casino Websites. By accessing any of our Services, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
Key Definitions
- Account: A unique account issued to you by the Casino.
- Casino Group: Refers to the Casino and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, and all their officers, directors, and employees.
- Casino Websites: Includes spincasino.ca, rubyfortune.ca, jackpotscitys.com, royalvegas.ca, and any other related brands or domains operated by us.
- Charge-back: A reversal of funds initiated by your card provider or payment gateway.
- Closed Player Account: An account that has been deactivated or restricted by either party.
- Inactive Account: A Player Account with no login or logout activity for over 6 consecutive months.
- Guest Player: A user accessing free-play games with no monetary stake or payout eligibility.
- Participate: Includes any engagement with the Casino Websites, Services, or Software, including gameplay and browsing.
- Payment Service Provider: A third party authorized to facilitate deposit and withdrawal transactions.
- Player/s: Includes Real Players, Guest Players, and those with Inactive or Closed Accounts.
- Real Player: A registered user with a verified, active Account.
- Services: Access to and use of the Casino’s digital platforms, including games and software interfaces.
- Software: Applications, tools, and systems provided by us or licensed to us for delivering Casino Services across desktop and mobile.
- Your Jurisdiction: The legal territory where you reside, are domiciled, or primarily access the Services.
1. Your Participation on the Casino Websites
1.1 Participation
Your decision to access or participate in the Services, download our Software, or engage with the Casino Websites is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. Cadtree Limited, in partnership with Launchify Digital (launchifydigital.com), reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any element of the Services at its discretion and without prior notice.
The Casino Group shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or interruption resulting from changes to the Software, Services, or Websites.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gambling is legal within Your Jurisdiction. The Casino does not permit or encourage activity that contravenes applicable laws. Users accessing the Casino Websites from outside Ontario do so at their own risk.
Participation is strictly prohibited for individuals who are not physically located in Ontario. By using our Services, you confirm that you are in compliance with all applicable laws in your location.
You must be at least 19 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction—whichever is greater—to create an Account or use the Services. The Casino reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time and may suspend or close your Account for non-compliance.
You agree to provide accurate registration details and consent to identity verification by us or third-party agents. Failure to provide documentation may result in account suspension, withholding of funds, or closure.
You may not maintain more than one Account per Casino Website. Duplicate accounts—especially within the same household—may be closed, and associated funds retained at our discretion.
Wallet balances are managed separately across our Casino Websites. Funds cannot be transferred between accounts or third parties.
The Casino reserves the right to make all payments in Canadian Dollars (C$).
You expressly consent to receive communications from the Casino and its partners in connection with your Account, promotional content, or any relevant service updates.
Gambling on credit is not permitted. We do not accept cash transactions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. We strongly recommend using a secure password and enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The Casino will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use due to weak or shared credentials.
Promotions and bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device, or payment method. We reserve the right to limit or revoke bonuses in cases of suspected abuse or coordinated wagering.
In cases where a Player or group uses bonus incentives in a way that guarantees profits regardless of outcome, the Casino may cancel such promotions and revert to standard odds.
By registering an Account, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease use, uninstall any Software, and close your Account.
All payment methods must be registered in your legal name. Deposits or withdrawals that do not match your registered identity may be rejected or investigated.
Payment method changes must be made through Player Services. It is your responsibility to stay updated with our transaction policies.
Withdrawal requests may be reversed if users fail to meet verification or compliance steps. If reversed, such funds become playable again in your Account.
To avoid reversed withdrawals, you may request a temporary account lock via Player Support.
Account balances do not earn interest.
1.2 Your Warranties
By registering an Account or participating in any Services offered on the Casino Websites operated by Cadtree Limited in collaboration with Launchify Digital (launchifydigital.com), you warrant and represent the following, and we rely on these statements throughout your engagement with the Services:
- You are legally permitted to use the Casino Websites under the laws of Your Jurisdiction.
- You are at least 19 years old and have reached the legal age of majority required to gamble in Your Jurisdiction.
- You will not allow any third party—especially anyone underage—to use your Account, Software, or Services. You are solely responsible for maintaining device security and access control.
- All personal information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete, and you will promptly update it if changes occur.
- You are the rightful owner of the funds deposited and wagered on the Casino Websites, or you are fully authorized to use those funds for gambling purposes.
- You will not deposit or wager funds obtained through illegal activity or in breach of applicable laws (see Section 1.6).
- You agree to honor all payment obligations and will not initiate chargebacks, reversals, or payment denials on legitimate transactions.
- You have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full.
- You are participating in the Services solely for personal entertainment and not as part of any organized betting group or professional syndicate.
If any of the above warranties are found to be false or breached, all bets placed by you may be declared void, and any resulting winnings forfeited.
1.2.3 Ineligible Users
In accordance with the AGCO Registrar’s Standards (Section 3.01), you further warrant that you are not part of any group prohibited from participating in online gaming. This includes:
- Individuals under the age of 19
- Persons enrolled in a self-exclusion program with the Casino
- Individuals restricted by court order from gambling online
- Individuals prohibited from play by an official AGCO directive
- Casino executives, directors, or partners
- Union representatives engaged in negotiations on behalf of Casino staff
- Employees of registered third-party game and equipment vendors working with the Casino
- Members or employees of the AGCO
- Employees, directors, or officers of OLG or iGaming Ontario
If you fall into any of the above categories, you are not permitted to register or participate in the Casino Services. The Casino reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of violating these terms.
1.3 Refusal to Register, Deregistration, Exclusion & Suspension
Cadtree Limited, supported by its digital compliance partner Launchify Digital (launchifydigital.com), reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or permanently deregister your Account at any time, at its sole discretion.
In addition, under Ontario law and pursuant to directives from the Registrar of the AGCO, we may be required to refuse access or deactivate an Account if you meet specific criteria set out by law or regulation. In such instances, you will not be permitted to access or use the Casino Websites.
1.4 Consequences of Deregistration or Suspension
If your Account is deactivated, suspended, or if you are otherwise excluded from the Casino Websites, you have the right to file a formal complaint through our official dispute process. Please refer to Clause 10.14 for full details on submitting complaints.
1.5 Inactive Accounts & Bonus Expiry
This section applies if all of your registered Real Player Accounts become inactive. An Account is considered "Inactive" if it has not recorded any login or logout activity for six consecutive months.
If we identify all of your Accounts as inactive, we may choose to deactivate them. Should any inactive Account have a positive cashable balance, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using your most recently provided contact information.
If we do not receive a response within 30 days of sending the notification, or if you fail to withdraw the cashable balance within that period, we reserve the right to apply an administration fee of C$10 per month to that balance. This fee will continue to be deducted until one of the following occurs:
- The balance is reduced to zero; or
- The Account is reactivated through user login or transaction activity.
Additionally, any unused bonuses or promotional funds that remain unutilized for more than six months from the date awarded may be forfeited at our sole discretion. This includes Loyalty Points, which are treated as Bonuses under this Agreement.
1.6 Money Laundering and Other Illegal Activity
Cadtree Limited, in cooperation with its digital compliance and risk infrastructure partner Launchify Digital (launchifydigital.com), maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding money laundering, fraud, or any form of illegal conduct.
If we have reason to believe that you have engaged in, are engaging in, or intend to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or improper activity—including but not limited to using funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to disguise the source of such funds—your access to the Services may be terminated immediately. Your Account may be blocked, suspended, or permanently deactivated without notice.
In such cases, the Casino is not obligated to refund any balance remaining in your Account. We also reserve the right to prevent you from accessing any other service under the Casino Group’s control, including affiliated platforms.
Where legally required or reasonably deemed necessary, we may disclose your identity and the details of any suspected activities to the following third parties:
- Regulatory or enforcement authorities
- Banks, credit card companies, and payment processors
- Online service providers or financial institutions
- Other impacted platforms or interested third parties
You agree to fully cooperate with any investigation initiated by the Casino, Launchify Digital, or any relevant authority. This includes responding to inquiries, providing requested documentation, and following any security protocols that apply.
1.6.2 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Controls
- Cash is not accepted under any circumstances for funding Accounts.
- No withdrawals will be processed unless you submit verified and legible copies of the following documents:
- Proof of payment method: A copy of the credit/debit card used, showing the first and last four digits only, or a recent bank statement showing the deposit.
- Government-issued photo ID: Valid passport, national ID card, or driver’s license with your name, signature, and photo clearly visible.
- Recent utility bill: Dated within the last 6 months, showing your full name and address as registered with your Account.
Security Tip: When submitting card copies, always redact the middle 8 digits and the 3-digit security code on the back.
1.7 Publicity
From time to time, players on the Casino Websites operated by Cadtree Limited and supported by Launchify Digital (launchifydigital.com) may win amounts or prizes considered noteworthy for promotional purposes.
By using the Services, you agree that if you win such a prize, you may be asked to participate in publicity events and media campaigns arranged by the Casino. We will always take reasonable measures to protect your privacy and personal data throughout this process.
Without limiting the above, you specifically grant us the right to use your first name and province of residence in winner announcements and to use a model or avatar image as a substitute for your likeness in public-facing materials.

1.8 Your Consent
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following forms of data collection, communication, and recording, all of which are governed by applicable privacy laws and internal data protection protocols:
- Call recording: Any telephone conversations with our Player Services team may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and security. By engaging with our support lines, you consent to such recording or monitoring.
- Internet communications: We may monitor and log site activity, including IP addresses, transaction details, and visit behavior for analytics, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.
- Contact consent: By registering an Account, you give us permission to contact you regarding your Account via email, SMS, telephone, or other channels. You may opt out of non-essential communications by contacting Player Support.
- Unsubscribing from promotions: If you opt out of promotional materials, you may still receive transactional or account-related messages. Please allow up to three (3) business days for removal from marketing lists.

1.9 Use of Automated Players ("Bots") and Illegal Software
Cadtree Limited, in cooperation with Launchify Digital (launchifydigital.com), strictly prohibits the use of bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence across the Casino Websites and Software.
Any attempt to manipulate gameplay, obtain an unfair advantage, or automate participation using prohibited tools constitutes a direct breach of this Agreement. Examples of prohibited technologies ("Bots") include:
- Programs or services that facilitate collusion between players (e.g., shared hand data or real-time team strategies)
- Software that selects games or tables based on Player identities or behaviors
- Platforms or tools that harvest, share, or expose another Player’s private game data without consent
- Programs that act on your behalf by making decisions or taking actions while you're away
- Real-time game advisors that interpret table activity to provide competitive guidance
- Seat-finding or auto-seating software that provides artificial access advantages
The use of any such Bot—whether created by you or sourced from a third party—is strictly forbidden. If it is determined that funds were gained through these means, such funds may be seized or deducted from your Account.
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious behavior using internal monitoring and third-party anti-fraud systems. Upon detection or reasonable suspicion of Bot usage, the Casino may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice:
- Temporarily suspend or permanently deactivate your Account
- Confiscate any winnings or balances gained through unauthorized tools
- Initiate legal proceedings where deemed necessary
Fair play is a fundamental principle of our platform. By registering and continuing to use the Services, you acknowledge and accept that any attempt to automate or manipulate gameplay may result in enforcement actions, including permanent exclusion from the Casino Websites.
2. The Service
2.1 Service Availability & Disclaimer
Cadtree Limited and its infrastructure partner Launchify Digital (launchifydigital.com) provide the Software and Services "as is", with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Casino Group is not responsible for downtime, server outages, latency issues, or interruptions due to technical faults, user-side connectivity problems, or political interference. This also includes errors caused by your internet service provider or third-party software.
You bear all risks related to performance, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Services for your intended use. No warranty is made that the Software or Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
2.2 Geolocation & Access Control
To meet regulatory obligations, the Casino Websites utilize geolocation services and anti-spoofing technologies. These services detect and verify your physical presence in Ontario and may dynamically monitor your location at various intervals.
Any attempt to bypass these checks using VPNs, remote desktops, virtual machines, or other circumvention tools is strictly prohibited and may result in account deactivation or legal action.
2.3 System Failures & Limitation of Liability
The Casino Group shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, internet connection failures, or unauthorized access due to third-party tools. Participation through unsupported or unintended methods is solely at your risk.
Any system malfunction, including but not limited to RNG errors or incorrect bet settlements, may result in voided bets. The Casino makes no guarantee that reported issues will be resolved instantly but commits to resolving them as soon as reasonably possible.
You are responsible for the devices and internet services used to access the Casino Websites.
2.3.1 Limitation of Liability
The Casino Group accepts no liability for any losses or damages, including loss of winnings, resulting from technical interruptions, system delays, transmission failures, data loss, site misuse, or external conditions beyond our control.
2.3.2 Wagering Terms & Voided Bets
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet. If a bet is voided, any associated funds will be returned to your Account. All bets must be confirmed by our server to be considered valid. Communication from your device does not guarantee acceptance.
Malfunctions or software errors will void affected bets or plays. Any rule waived in favor of fair play is non-precedent setting and applies only to that instance.
2.4 Winnings from Errors or Exploits
The Casino reserves the right to void winnings that result from software or hardware errors. Abusing such malfunctions may result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings or deposits. Website changes or game removals may occur without notice.
2.5 Temporary Service Suspension
We may suspend all or part of the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice. While we aim to restore Services promptly, no compensation or claims shall be honored for losses incurred during these periods.
2.6 System Malfunctions and Incorrect Odds
All bets placed during a system malfunction may be voided. Refunds are discretionary. Manifest errors that result in incorrect odds or payouts will render that bet—or part of it—null and void.
2.7–2.9 Jurisdiction, Reporting & Taxation
The Casino Group is not liable for losses due to delay or suspension, as outlined in Clause 4.2.
Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local tax obligations. The Casino does not offer advice on financial, legal, or tax matters.
2.10 Prohibited Arbitrage Behavior
Use of the Casino Websites to engage in financial arbitrage or currency manipulation is prohibited. Gains derived from such activity will be forfeited without warning.
2.11 Software Licensing and Non-Permitted Uses
The Software and related content are licensed for personal use only, under the Braemar Limited End User License Agreement (EULA). You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code
- Sublicense, rent, sell, or distribute the Software
- Share the Software over a network
- Export the Software in violation of trade laws
- Use it in any illegal or unauthorized manner
Violations of this license agreement may result in legal action. You are solely liable for damages, fines, or claims resulting from misuse.
4. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
By choosing to use the Services provided by Cadtree Limited and delivered in part by Launchify Digital (launchifydigital.com), you do so entirely at your own risk, discretion, and volition.
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Casino Group from and against any and all liabilities, costs, expenses, losses, damages or claims (including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages) that may arise in connection with your participation on or interaction with the Casino Websites. This includes, but is not limited to:
- 4.1.1 Accessing, browsing, or revisiting the Casino Websites
- 4.1.2 Using or reusing materials from the Casino Websites or affiliated sources
- 4.1.3 Connecting to or using Casino Websites’ servers
- 4.1.4 Facilitating or attempting to deposit funds into your Account
- 4.1.5 Placing wagers or participating in games on the Casino Websites
- 4.1.6 Accepting and/or using any winnings or prizes obtained
- 4.1.7 Downloading, using, or reusing Casino software, regardless of source or medium
4.2 Exclusion of Liability
Under no circumstance shall the Casino Group be held liable—whether under contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal basis—for any kind of loss or damage, regardless of the cause, even if previously notified of the possibility of such loss or damage.
4.3 Third-Party Payment Providers
Once a money transfer has been confirmed from the Casino to a Payment Service Provider, we disclaim any further liability for any delay, failure, or cost incurred by you, including losses arising from such issues.
4.4 Third-Party Advertisements
The Casino Group assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions, omissions, or published advertisements of third-party advertisers, marketing affiliates, or promotional partners that appear on or are linked from our platforms.
4.5 Legal Exceptions
Nothing in this Agreement shall operate to exclude liability where such exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by the Casino Group’s proven negligence.
5. Promotions, Competitions and the Cash-Back Program
5.1. From time to time, the Casino may offer various promotional campaigns, competitions, and cash-back programs. Each of these offerings may carry its own unique terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria. Any complimentary bonus credited to your account must be used in strict accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. In cases where specific wagering requirements are not listed for a promotion, the standard rules under this Agreement shall apply.
5.2. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of and apply to all promotions, competitions, and cash-back programs.
5.3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion-, competition-, or cash-back-specific terms, the specific terms will govern, but only to the extent of the inconsistency.
5.4. The Casino reserves the right to exclude any Player from participating in any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are time-sensitive and may be withdrawn without prior notice. Any unused bonuses, winnings from such bonuses, or loyalty points will expire six (6) months after issuance. This applies even if the playthrough conditions have been met, at the Casino’s sole discretion.
5.5. The Cash-Back Program is offered entirely at the Casino's discretion. The Casino is under no obligation to provide explanations regarding the crediting or debiting of Cash-Back Points, the conversion ratio of Points to Credits, or a Player's eligibility to participate. Cash-Back Points and benefits may be withdrawn from a Player’s Account at any time without notice or recourse.
5.6. You may only claim one sign-up bonus per Casino Website. If you are found to have received a bonus for which you are ineligible, the Casino reserves the right to revoke the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom at its sole and reasonable discretion.
5.7. Bonus funds are subject to a Play-Through Requirement of 70x before being eligible to transfer from your Bonus Balance to your Cash Balance. The requirement may vary by promotion, game, or region. For example, a 100 C$ deposit with a 100 C$ bonus requires 70 x 100 = 7000 C$ of wagering. Winnings from the Cash portion of your balance may be withdrawn at any time, pending full compliance with this Agreement and any promotional terms.
5.7.1. Winnings from no-deposit offers and free spins are also subject to the 70x wagering requirement. Once met, any withdrawal is capped at 100 C$. Any remaining funds will be forfeited unless otherwise stated in the promotion’s specific terms.
5.7.2. If you do not wish to accept a bonus credited to your Account, you may request its removal—provided no part of the bonus, deposit, or sign-up offer has been used. Contact Live Chat support to reverse the bonus. Once any use has occurred, the bonus must remain until all associated wagering requirements are met.
5.7.3. After fulfilling all wagering requirements tied to a Sign-Up Bonus, the Casino may limit the maximum withdrawal to 6x your first deposit amount. Any funds beyond that threshold may be forfeited, unless exempted (e.g., progressive jackpot wins). Application of this clause is at Casino management’s sole discretion.
5.8. Prior to processing any withdrawal requests, the Casino will review your play for irregular activity. In order to uphold the principles of fair gaming, certain behaviors—such as hedge betting, zero-margin bets, or repeated low-margin bets—may be classified as irregular gameplay. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Placing a single bet worth 30% or more of your bonus amount before meeting the wagering requirement.
- Using patterns that exploit game structures (e.g., minimum risk strategies).
- Engaging in any behavior that circumvents intended bonus or game mechanics.
A "bet" in this context includes: one roulette spin, one dealt hand in table games, or one hand in Video/Power Poker (including Multi-Hand or Multi-Play). Any usage of the "Double" or "Gamble" feature is considered a separate bet. If any such irregularity is detected, the Casino reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
5.8.1 Game Contribution to Wagering Requirements
The following outlines the contribution of different game types toward meeting wagering requirements:
- 100% – All Slots (excluding Progressive Jackpots), Keno, Scratch Cards (Re-spin slots count as 10%)
- 8% – Table Pokers, Roulettes, Video/Power Pokers (excluding All Aces and Jacks or Better), Blackjack (excluding Classic Blackjack), Casino War
- 2% – Classic Blackjack, All Aces, Jacks or Better Video Pokers
- 0% – Baccarat, Craps, Red Dog, Sic Bo, Progressive Jackpots
Playing excluded games (0%) before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in voided winnings. Additionally, any wagers using the Gamble feature on slots or Double feature in Video/Power Poker do not count toward the Play-Through Requirement.
IMPORTANT: Contribution percentages and wagering requirements may vary by promotion or geographic location. For some regions, Roulette and Crash games contribute 0%. Always refer to the specific terms and conditions associated with each promotion to avoid misunderstandings.
5.8.2 Irregular Play Determination
The Casino reserves the exclusive right to determine what constitutes irregular play. If such activity is detected, the Casino may withhold any withdrawals and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
5.8.3. If the Casino determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or any promotion, or engaging in irregular betting behavior, or if you are found to be benefiting from a lack of good faith under any promotional policy, we reserve the right to:
- Deny, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion from your Account, either temporarily or permanently;
- Rescind any affected policy or promotional benefit; and/or
- Terminate your access to the Services and block your Account.
In such circumstances, the Casino Group is not obligated to return any funds remaining in your Account, apart from your original deposit.
5.8.4. If you are found to be in violation of any of the warranties stated in Clause 1.2 of this Agreement, the Casino may, at its sole discretion and without notice, void any winnings and forfeit any remaining balance in your Account.
5.8.5. While a bonus is active, the maximum allowable bet is 8 C$ per round and 0.50 C$ per line. Exceeding these limits may result in the forfeiture of any associated winnings.
6. Rules of Play
6.1. In addition to the provisions outlined in these Terms & Conditions, all players are also subject to the Rules of Play and FAQs as provided on any of the Casino Websites. These supplemental rules and policies shall be binding upon your participation in any Services.
6.2. By using the Services, you agree to comply with all such Rules of Play and FAQs as though they were directly incorporated into this Agreement in full.
6.3. In instances where a pay-out is left in-play on a Video Poker game, the Casino reserves the right to automatically collect and credit the unpaid amount to the Player’s balance.
6.4. For all other games (excluding Video Poker), the Casino reserves the right to confiscate any funds that have been left in-play and untouched for a period of 90 days or more.
7. Payment Details / Withdrawals
7.1. The Casino reserves the right to request verification documents upon registration and/or before processing any financial transactions. Your player verification details may be used across all Casino Websites. Documents may include, but are not limited to:
- Proof of income and Source of Funds;
- Photographic ID such as a valid Passport or Driver’s License;
- Proof of residence, like a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 6 months;
- Proof of ownership for any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals (if applicable).
Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in the termination of your Account.
7.2. The Casino reserves the right to conduct credit checks on all Players using third-party agencies based on the information submitted during registration.
7.3. You are responsible for retaining your own transaction records and for reviewing the Casino’s rules and policies. It is also your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
7.4. Withdrawals via bank wire will only be issued to the individual whose name matches the account registration. If you use a debit or credit card to deposit, that card must be in your name. Additional processing fees may apply. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your original deposit, at least up to the amount deposited. Withdrawal requests may be delayed for identity verification purposes.

7.5. Updating or adding additional payment methods may be done by contacting Player Services directly or by using the functionality provided in the Software.

7.8. To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, all withdrawal requests are screened to detect fraudulent or criminal activity. Withdrawals remain in a pending state for up to 24 hours (rolling period) after initiation. No withdrawals are processed over weekends. During the pending period, funds remain part of your cash balance and may be reversed at your discretion until the point of processing.
7.8.1. We reserve the right to delay or withhold your real money withdrawal and request further verification including but not limited to:
- Proof of income and source of funds;
- Proof of identity, including photographic ID and address verification;
- Age verification and any other documentation required by applicable law.
7.8.2. If needed, we may return non-wagered deposits to their original deposit method, or where unavailable, to a verified bank account in your name, with a suitable transaction description.
7.8.3. We reserve the right to block, suspend, or close your Account indefinitely without notice and to report suspected behavior to relevant authorities.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1. Launchify Digital grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Site, its Services, and any associated Software solely for your personal use. This license is granted strictly in accordance with these Terms and may be withdrawn at our discretion.
9.2. You acknowledge that all content made available through the Launchify Digital platform—including, but not limited to, source code, design, text, graphics, logos, interfaces, and trademarks—are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. These materials remain the sole property of Launchify Digital or its licensors and may not be used except as expressly authorized by us.
9.3. The materials provided via the Launchify Digital website are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may download and store content on a single device solely for this purpose. Any unauthorized use—including but not limited to copying, reproduction, public display, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works—is strictly prohibited. You also agree not to assist others in any such unauthorized activities.
10. GENERAL
10.1. AMENDMENT
10.1.1 Launchify Digital reserves the right to revise, update, amend, or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions, including any promotion-specific, competition-specific, or cashback-related terms, at any time. Such changes may also apply to our Rules of Play or FAQ pages. When changes occur, we will make the latest version available on the relevant sections of our website.
10.1.2 Any amendments or updates will become effective immediately upon being published on our website. Continued use of the Services or Software following such updates will constitute your binding acceptance of those changes.
10.1.3 You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions—including any promotion, cashback, or gameplay-related policies—on a regular basis to stay informed of any updates.
10.2. ELIGIBILITY
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents of Launchify Digital or any of its partners, marketing agencies, licensors, distributors, or service providers (including those involved in referral programs), as well as their immediate families, are not permitted to register or participate on launchifydigital.com as Real Players. This restriction also extends to individuals identified in Section 1.2.3.
10.3. SEVERABILITY
If any term or condition of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that specific provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. In such cases, the invalid clause will be replaced or interpreted in a manner that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
10.4. NON-WAIVER
No relaxation or delay by Launchify Digital in exercising any rights or enforcing any terms of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of those rights or terms, nor shall it affect any subsequent enforcement of the same.
10.5. THIRD PARTIES
Unless expressly stated, this Agreement does not grant any rights or benefits to any third party. It is solely between you and Launchify Digital.
10.6. ACCEPTANCE
By registering and using the Services provided by Launchify Digital, you acknowledge and accept that gambling may result in financial loss. You agree that any losses incurred through use of the platform are your sole responsibility, and you shall make no claim against Launchify Digital, its affiliates, or white-label partners.
10.7. WHOLE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, including all linked policies and promotional terms, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Launchify Digital regarding the Services. It replaces all prior oral or written communications. You confirm that you have not relied on any representations not included herein.
10.8. INTERPRETATION
Headings are used for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. References to a person include both natural and legal persons; words in singular include the plural and vice versa; and gender references shall include all genders.
10.9. GOVERNING AUTHORITY
Launchify Digital operates under and is governed by the laws and regulatory framework of the province of Ontario, including compliance with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and iGaming Ontario (iGO) standards and regulations.
10.10. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the superior courts of Ontario, except where a party seeks interim injunctive relief in a different court of competent jurisdiction.
Additionally, Cadtree Limited, a licensed operator under the Alderney Gaming Control Commission (“AGCC”), complies with the applicable laws of Alderney in accordance with its Category 1 licence requirements.
10.11. TRANSLATIONS
These Terms & Conditions may be translated into multiple languages for convenience. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English language version shall prevail in determining the meaning and interpretation of any provision.
10.12. TOURNAMENTS
10.12.1 Entry Limitations
Entry into any tournament hosted on launchifydigital.com is restricted to one entry per person and per Account. Multiple Accounts associated with the same individual or household are ineligible for multiple entries. Only one alias or profile per Player may be used for any given tournament. This rule also applies to shared environments, including public or communal computer use.
10.12.2 Tournament Free Roll Winnings
In cases where a Player wins funds through Free Roll tournaments prior to making a cash deposit, any subsequent withdrawal of such winnings will be capped at 100 C$. Any cash balance exceeding this amount will be forfeited, unless and until a qualifying deposit is made in accordance with the Site’s requirements.
10.13. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
If you have any concerns or complaints related to your Account, transactions, gameplay, or compliance matters, please first contact our Customer Support team via live chat or email through the official Launchify Digital website.
If your concern is unresolved, you may escalate it by filing a formal complaint within 6 months of the issue occurring. To do so, please email the following details to [email protected]:

You must respond to our communication within 4 weeks. Failure to reply will result in your complaint being closed. You will need to reopen the case if you wish to continue.
Please note: You cannot lodge a complaint within 7 days of initiating a withdrawal, as this time is reserved for standard processing.

10.14. ASSIGNMENT
These Rules and Terms & Conditions are personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed by you without the prior written consent of Launchify Digital. We retain the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any of our rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without prior notice.
10.15. BUSINESS TRANSFERS
In the event that Launchify Digital undergoes a change of control, merges with another entity, is acquired, or sells its assets, your Account and associated personal data may be included among the assets transferred to the new entity.
Should such a transfer occur, we will notify you either via email or through a public notice on the official website, providing you with details and your options concerning your continued use of the Services and the status of your Account.
10.16. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
Launchify Digital reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or deactivate your Account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Any available balance at the time of termination may be credited to your nominated payment method. However, we reserve the right—at our sole discretion—to void any winnings and confiscate funds under the following circumstances:
- You have more than one active Account registered with Launchify Digital.
- The name on your Account does not match the name on your payment method (e.g., credit/debit card).
- You attempt to withdraw funds from a promotion without meeting its qualifying terms or playthrough requirements.
- You submitted false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
- You are under the legal age of majority or not legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction.
- You reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
- You have knowingly or unknowingly allowed someone else to access or use your Account.
- You have participated in gameplay in a professional capacity or in collusion with others, such as a club or group.
- Your Account has been associated with chargebacks or returned payments.
- You are found to be involved in any collusion, cheating, money laundering, or fraudulent behavior.
- You have used or are suspected of using automated tools (Bots) or software to gain an unfair advantage.
- You have used your Account or the Casino Websites in bad faith.
- You have made offensive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or threatening remarks through support channels.
- You are found to have violated any of the above conditions on any other online gambling platform.
We take violations of our policies seriously and reserve the right to take action that protects the integrity of launchifydigital.com and its players.
10.16.1 ACCOUNT CLOSURE
If you wish to close your Account, please contact Player Services directly. Closure requests will be handled in accordance with our Responsible Gaming and compliance obligations.
10.17 FINAL DECISION OF CASINO
In the event of any discrepancy between the results displayed on your device and those recorded on Launchify Digital’s servers, the data stored on our servers shall be considered final and binding.
10.18 CURRENCY
All references to currency marked as C$ throughout this Agreement indicate Canadian Dollars. Any mention of the dollar sign ($) elsewhere on launchifydigital.com or within our Software also refers to Canadian Dollars unless stated otherwise.
10.19 FORCE MAJEURE
Launchify Digital and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, war, governmental restrictions, power outages, and failures in communication systems.
10.20 NO AGENCY
Nothing in this Agreement creates or implies any agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or other form of relationship between you and Launchify Digital. You acknowledge that you are using the Services as an independent user and not as an agent or representative of the Casino.
10.21 EXPLANATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions are intended to be fair and transparent. If you require further clarification or have questions regarding any section of this Agreement, please reach out to our support team. For the protection of both our players and staff, all correspondence and customer support calls may be monitored or recorded.
11. MOBILE CASINO
When accessing and using Launchify Digital's Mobile Casino platform at launchifydigital.com, the following additional terms and conditions apply:
11.1 NETWORK OPERATOR AND OTHER CHARGES
You are solely responsible for any mobile data usage, connection fees, roaming charges, or other costs imposed by your mobile service provider when you use the Mobile Casino. These costs are incurred independently of any wagers placed or Services used and shall not be reimbursed by Launchify Digital.
11.2 CONNECTIVITY
As a Player, you acknowledge that access to our Mobile Casino Services requires adequate network connectivity. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your mobile device, internet access (including mobile data or Wi-Fi), and related permissions are correctly configured and operational when using our Mobile Casino.
